Payment terms

All prices are in Singapore dollar.
Payment is made by credit card or paypal.

Shipment cost

Local (Singapore)
1. Delivery in Singapore is free of charge regardless of any amount.
2. Order will be sent via post in 5 working days upon ordering. You should receive the order by 7 working days. Orders may take longer time during seasonal period, ie Xmas & CNY.

International
1. Order will be sent out within 5 working days upon ordering.
2. Air freight is sent by EMS (express mail services by Singapore Post). The freight cost will be shown to you during the ordering process.
3. Freight charges is based on a minimum of 500grams including packaging material, hence customer is encouraged to maximise on freight cost as most of the items are only about 5 to 50g each.
4. For international orders, there might be tax imposed depending on your country import rules and regulation which we do not have control on that.
